Micro Mega required a custom modular exhibition stand solution that could be deployed nationwide over an extended period, while maintaining a consistent, premium brand presence across multiple booth sizes.

The brief called for a system that would:

  • Adapt seamlessly across 6×6, 6×3, 3×3, and 3×2 exhibition spaces
  • Maintain a strong architectural identity regardless of stand size
  • Deliver a premium, custom-built look without relying on standard systems
  • Support repeated use across multiple exhibitions nationwide
  • Integrate functional elements like hospitality without compromising design

This required a highly considered approach to modular exhibition stand design, ensuring flexibility, durability, and brand consistency at scale.

Our Approach to the Task

We approached the project by engineering a fully custom modular system, designed to expand and contract while maintaining a cohesive and premium visual identity.

1. Bespoke Modular Design System

Unlike standard exhibition systems, every component was:

  • Custom fabricated and engineered for reconfiguration
  • Designed to maintain architectural consistency across all booth sizes
  • Built with integrated lighting and premium finishes
  • Structured to ensure each configuration looked intentional—not scaled down

2. Integrated, Concealed Functionality

A key requirement was the inclusion of a coffee service within each stand. To achieve this without disrupting the visual experience, we:

  • Designed concealed hospitality zones within the structure
  • Integrated hidden cabinetry and storage systems
  • Routed power internally for a clean, seamless finish
  • Ensured the coffee station could be fully hidden when not in use

3. Built for Nationwide Rollout

The system was engineered for long-term use, enabling:

  • Repeated assembly and disassembly across multiple locations
  • Efficient transport and storage
  • Consistent performance over a two-year rollout period

This approach ensured both operational efficiency and brand consistency across all activations.

What was delivered

We delivered a fully custom-built modular exhibition system designed for long-term, nationwide deployment. The solution allowed Micro Mega to seamlessly adapt their stand across multiple booth sizes (ranging from 6×6 to 3×2) while maintaining a consistent architectural presence and premium finish throughout.

The structure incorporated integrated lighting, high-end materials, and concealed hospitality features, including a fully hidden coffee station with internal power and storage. Every component was engineered for flexibility, durability, and repeated use, resulting in a scalable exhibition environment that combined the visual impact of a permanent installation with the practicality of a modular system.
